Chris Molitor, CSCS, USAW Sports Performance Coach

Chris "Coach C-Mo" Molitor has been a Sports Performance Coach since 2006, training athletes of all ages and abilities. His knowledge, experience, and passion have allowed him to help athletes from many different sports achieve their maximum athletic potential.

Coaching Experience:

  • Strength and Conditioning Coach - Minnesota Swarm Professional Lacrosse (2010-2015)
  • Strength and Conditioning Coach- University of Minnesota Women's Lacrosse (2014-2016)
  • Director of Human Performance- Homegrown Lacrosse            (2009-Present)
  • Strength and Conditioning Coach- Minneapolis Warriors High School Lacrosse (2012-present)
  • Off-Ice Hockey Training - Minneapolis Storm Youth Hockey (current)
  • Trained thousands of youth, high school, and college athletes through team, small group and one on one sports performance training
  • Trained professional athletes from the NFL, NLL, MLL, MLS, AFL, IFL, as well as numerous athletes playing pro basketball, hockey, and lacrosse outside of the USA

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association
  • United States Weightlifting (USAW) Certified Sports Performance Coach
  • Nike Speed Agility Reaction Quickness (SPARQ) Certified Trainer
  • B.S. Exercise Physiology- South Dakota State University
  • CPR/AED certified

Athletic Experience

  • Played Professional indoor football for the Sioux Falls Storm in 2006
  • Wide Receiver at South Dakota State University -4 year letter winner
  • 3 sport captain at Lakeville High School (Football,Basketball,Track)
  • Currently a competitive Powerlifter
  • Continues to play flag football, basketball, lacrosse in recreational leagues

Chris, his wife Melissa, and their 3 boys (Carter, Chase, Blake) currently live in Lakeville, MN.

Coaching Philosophy

As a coach Chris strives to maximize the potential of every athlete. Many athletes don’t even know their own limitations.  Chris introduces athletes to this untapped resource. This is done through trust, accountability, and motivation.  Not every athlete is motivated the same that is why the personal relationships that Chris builds with his athletes are so important.  Not only has Chris been a Sports Performance Coach for the last 11 years, but he also has experience as a college and professional athlete.  This gives him the unique ability to understand what the athlete is going through and guide them where they need to be, whether it is mentally (confidence) or physically.
