Elite Speed, Agilty and Strength

Ages - 15+ (High School, College, Pro)

Speed is a skill that can be taught and there is nobody better at getting athletes faster than Molitor Athletic Performance! This class is designed to improve speed and movements in each athletes specific sport.  The focus will be on improving mechanics, stability, and strength in each movement.  This will be done through strict attention to detail and personalized coaching.

Our strength systems are guajranteed to increase strength and explosiveness that will transfer directly to the field of play.  Each athlete will receive an individualized program specific to their experience level, needs, and sport. The focus of the programming is stability, balance, explosiveness, and injury prevention. Each program will be individualized base on needs, experience, and current training/sport schedule.

Junior Sports Performance

Ages - 12-14

This class will encompass everything the athlete needs to take their game to the next level. Including athletic motor skill development (teaching of speed/agility), athletic based resistance training , injury prevention, and energy systems development.  Upon assessment, each program with be individualized to each athlete's needs and sports.

Youth Developmental

Ages 8-11

This class stresses the fundamentals of athletic based movement.  We will lay the foundation for a high performance athletes through drills, games and competitions in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

One-on-One Sports Performance Coaching

 One on One sessions are the best way to get a program 100% tailored to an individual athlete's needs.  This will include a very specific Movement and Strength program based on the athlete's goals, weaknesses,  and sport.  This option is also good for injury rehabilitation or transition to sport from a previous injury.  Included in the one on one packages are regular performance assessments and functional movement assessments along with nutrition consulting.
